It's always better to goad them into taking the first punch, or kick, or whichever... that way you can kick their ass *and* sue them for battery.
But if you do it to the wrong person you'll never get a second chance. ijs

The only rule for a bar fight is to know who has your back. If no one has your back, GET OUT as quick as possible.
The last time I saw someone goad another person at a bar to hit them, the "goader" got a bear mug across the side of the head. They went down and didn't get up.

I doubt one punch is going to kill me... even if one punch drops me, I still get to sue. It'd probably look better that way anyway.
I am 26 years old and I have never gotten in a drunk fight. I have yelled, but never thrown punches.
Last night I went to a friend's birthday event at a bar. I got a little tipsy.
There was a girl there I don't like AT ALL. She's done some bad things to my brother and she is a whore - literally
But seeing as it was my friend's birthday, I was nice and I gave this girl a hug hi when she asked for it, etc. You know - nice and no drama for my friend's birthday.
Well this girl - her name is Jamie - she was like talking shit about me - I could hear her. But I ignored her. She was just trying to get to me. I didn't want to give her the satisfaction.
Towards the end of the night she comes up to our table, points to a guy sitting across from me and yells "distraction." When we all look over, she reaches across the table, and grabs my breast and squeezes HARD. I have bruises now!
I didn't immediately react because I was in shock. But once I got out of it, and realized I actually hurt and sat there for a few minutes and saw her grin at me from the other table and continue to talk shit about me, I saw red.
My two guy friends had to escort me to my car and drive me home. And I mean they had to fight me to my car almost the whole way.
I wanted to hit her so bad.
My question is - assuming that in life everyone is allowed one bar fight. This would have been a good time for one right?
I think had you're reaction time been better and a more reflective punch in the face as she had hold of your breast would have been good. The fucking cow, Yeah i would have smashed her face in. No one touching me inappropriately and gets away with it...but i do it right away, not a walk over after it happens kind of thing. And after the fact happening like yours, would have best resulting in having her charged with sexual assault. You can still do it. you had witnesses to the fact.

I was at a bar one night with friends and walked out of the bathroom to see a bunch of girls around my friend. They had been wanting to cause trouble for some time with her and we knew they were 'out looking for her' that night. I ran in and basicly rugby tackled a girl over a table and onto the floor. That was the only part I care to remember, the rest was pretty much 5 heffers vs me. Ahah. But anyway, that's the only time I'd ever get into a bar fight, is when one person is getting beat on by more than one person. That's just not fair. And even then I would go in with the intention of just breaking it up and helping the person on their own, ya know?

fyi # 1 - It all depends what you did to get that first whack. You don't actually have to hit someone in order for an action to be deemed as an assault and if a person reads that action as a threat he / she is fully within their right to defend themselves. Say bye bye suit.
fyi # 2 - Lets say you and I didn't know each other and we were in a local watering hole where over the course of an evening and a few dozen beers you pissed me off and I dropped you like a rock. #1 you would be to drunk to remember me and #2 even if you did remember me you know nothing about me so trying to pin me down would be a bugger.

That sort of thing has to be instant in order for the assaulted person to have their ass legally covered. In any event the broad was a bitch and deserved to have her nipples stretched out like rubber bands.

As I tell my son, and it's something YOU better learn, if you WANT to pick a fight with someone (or goad them into hitting you) you better make sure you know how to take them down or there is a good chance you're going to get the crap kicked out of you. If you think they may stop trying to kick the living shit out of you while you're down, you may be sadly mistaken.
If you pull some chicken shit stunt as to goading someone to hit you and then you turn around to sue, you're a chicken shit excuse for a man and also a part of this sue happy society who thinks that no one is responsible for their own actions.
Now, if someone cold cocks you for no good reason, sue

Absolutely not,...she grabbed your boob, it hurt and possibly left a bruise....it will heal. the only time you should ever really fight is if you absolutely have to (yours or someone else's life is in danger)...you opted (maybe not willingly at first) to walk away..which was the smart thing to do.
fighting never really solves anything...it makes things worse, makes people mad, tired and hurt...not to mention a buzz kill if you've been drinking..which would be considered alcohol abuse in my book
