When did you start using the internet?

I starting using internet around in the early 2000's and have found it amazing ever since. You really can find and do anything here on the internet. Its like a wild west on the internet.

Ahh, I've had a lot of great times with Waybackmachine. It's a great site! If I do remember correctly I used to computer a little bit growing up but I really started getting into it when I was around 12-13. I would go online and talk to friends and play games. Around this time I got into gaming as well so I would play online. Great thread by the way!

I started I think around 2002. We got a computer a year earlier and the internet was something special, that I didn't get to use often (because it was really expensive, with a low data cap). The only thing I did then, and pretty much the next 5 years was play flash games. So many flash games. Around 2005-2006 I started to have to use it for school, though not very often. Then came youtube, netlog, a social network which was pretty much only populated by people who spoke dutch, and after that Facebook.

I was around 12 when I first used internet. It was only year 2004... And I didn't use it regularly till I turned 17. I'm pretty proud of myself because I didn't waste my childhood and teenage years online. I used family computer for 5 years, I got my first used laptop 1.5 years ago and bought one by myself last month.
