Ambition can strain love. Have you or your partner ever had to choose between work opportunities and time together? How do you find balance without sacrificing personal happiness?

I have seen how career has destroyed relationship. It has happened in my family. My cousin gave up his good paying job to start a business but his wife was against it. Today they live in the same house but have strained relationship.

Well, I’ve faced situations where work opportunities clashed with personal time. Finding balance means setting clear priorities, planning quality moments, and communicating openly about expectations. Sometimes sacrifices are temporary, but consistent effort to maintain connection ensures neither ambition nor relationship suffers in the long run.

It happened with me too when I was newly married; because of my job, I was not able to give enough time to my wife, which often caused arguments between us, but then I balanced my work and personal life to improve my relationship.

Well, many people in this world prefer money and career over love. If I were to encounter such kind of person, then I would not care about such kind of person and I will certainly prefer money and career over my partner.

I used to work overnight and it really helped me to deliver more and make money. But my man didn't like that because he always wanted me with him at night. I realized that money ain't all that we we needed. I had to compromise to shelve the night work and make the most of my daytime for work.
