LOL. Why thank you for the pharmaceutical advice. I've tried the corticosteroid nasal sprays. (Flonase is another.) I don't have adequate success with them. I do much better on the newer once-a-day antihistamines (formulated to produce less drowsiness), like Claritin, Clarinex, Zyrtec or Allegra.

As for me...I was told that I have a heart murmur, but since I was told that nobody has been able to hear it again. *shrugs* I have frequent headaches/migraines which I take medication for. I have God awful sinus problems. I have a lot of lower back problems (which would probably be less prominent if I lost weight). Oh, I've got moderately high blood pressure (I used to have low blood pressure and the wrong diet pill took care of that for me ).
