I have to say that I have seen a few negative reps given out where the person giving the negative rep signed someone elses name... so don't believe everything you read...

That's not nice ppl are doing that - how did you know those neg reps were from someone other than who gave it?

I leave my name too. I think most of us do, but that's how it should be.

I got a rep yesterday from someone, but don't know who it was from - was a pos rep though, but would have liked to know who it was frm, nonetheless.

I've had a lot of lovely reps lately - got 224 now - not bad considering when I joined up - feel like I've bn on here for months though, cos it's bn that gd and friendly on here.

I've only neg repped once to a twat who signed up again after already being banned so they could shitstir about the mods but on the whole I think neg repping people is pretty sad and pathetic.

The sad part is someone isn't man enough to even sign it.

Ever tried to buy a house within a time frame of 3 weeks? Ever tried to keep food in your stomach and gas in your tank with 30 dollars in your account that is supposed to last you for 7 days? Ever spent 1,000 dollars in the time frame of 2 weeks? Well, I did. 500 for the house that frikken killed me, 250 on my car payment and 215 for the inspector. Ever worked with your self proclaimed asshole of a brother day in and day out being bitched out and annoyed daily? Ever driven nine hours to fucking push two pins on a 66 block back together?

Stress sucks. I'm sick of having stress, I'm sick of being played out as the bad guy on this site because I say what I want when I want to. People who don't know the whole story need to keep their opinions to themselves.

I don't expect anyone to really understand this, and I apologize for bringing some of this stuff onto the board, but it actually does bother me when someone's opinion is made on half truths and half stories.

On a side note, if you have $30 in your account to last you 7 days, why/how are you purchasing a home? Is this the best decision in your financial situation?

Well for one, I didn't take it out on others, it was taking out on me and I reacted like I always would have and got neg repped for what I said to one person in PM after it was fwd'd to other people.


I had 30 dollars after putting the 500 down on the promisary for the house, then I had to make my car payment and soon loan payment on top of it all.

I wasn't broke before starting the process of buying the house, I've got little money because of buying the house.

I had ONE chance to get this house, and one chance only. I need to get out of renting and start putting some time into doing something productive instead of sitting around the apartment all night.

So yes, it is the best decision to buy the house right now.
