Oh, by the way, I just remembered my point to the visual instructions. Lemon made it sound like you take a bagel and put cream cheese on both side. He never said to cut it in half first. So my little stoner guy got confused. Go look again, LMAO!!!!

Hahaha i didn't even notice that :rofl

I hate a jam sandwich
That's funny you say that, because when I was a kid, my Mom would make me a jelly samich everyday in my "lost in space" lunch box. (I always managed to break my thermos the first day of school, grrr) I HATED IT! Eveyone else had these nice big bologna samiches with cheese and lettuce perfectly diagonally cut. But I had a semi flattened down semi mushy jelly samich! PLUS, the other kids had the individual bag of fritos and a snack-pak pudding. Did I get that? Oh no, I had an unwashed dry carrot and a hand full of chips thrown in my lunch box....not even in a baggy or anything, just thrown in. By the time lunch came, my chips were all crunch in little pieces by my stupid carrot

im not sure, i think the meat is a middle eastern thing of some sort. basically the way they cook the meat, is they layer it all in this large vertical skewer that rotates and gets cooked from the sides (maybe similar to a gyro?) anyway - then they cut meat off the sides of this column of meat (haha, that sounded a little weird..) and put it in bread. also the meat is seasoned but i dont konw with what.
usually it goes in either a pita (you know what that is right? soft round break, kinda flat, but with a pocket - but it can get wrapped in a lafa too. like i said before, a lafa is a bigger, thicker pita type bread but its not a pocket, so you wrap it around teh meat. like a huge burrito) and then you can put other stuff in it wit the meat. common things include but are not limited to: israeli salad (which is basicaly diced cucumbers and tomatoes), humus, tahini, different kinds of hot sauces, sometimes onions, and other vegetables. i like french fries in mine as well.

its goood
