Okay Well this is what I usually make for Christmas

Traditional Christmas Pudding(make it 4 weeks in advance)
Porter Cake(made 1 week in advance)
Christmas Cake

Christmas Eve I usually have Brown soda bread with smoked Salmon seasoned with salt,pepper and lemon Juice for supper.
Christmas Day I always cook Turkey,Ham(glazed with Honey,mustard and cloves),Roast Potatoes,Glazed Carrots,brussels/button sprouts,Parsnips,Sausage stuffing,bread sauce,gravy,then serve the Christmas Pudding,flambeed with brandy with double cream and Custard.

Hey I'd gladly accept guests. Just me and my Dad eating this year,Kids have their Christmas Dinner with their Mom before they visit me.

I'll be doing it all over again next sunday though when my girls are over for the day :D Gonna do a second Santa too :D

Looks delicious Sparkler. I'm going by fam so I'm not to sure what's going to be done. Here's what we would typically have:

Breakfast:
Souse, home made bread, ham, turkey, pastelle.

Lunch-Eats:
Rice, callaloo, pigeon peas, potato salad, macaroni pie, pastelle, turkey, ham, baked chicken, stuffing, salad, black cake.

Drinks:
Sorrel, ginger bear, ponche de creme, home made wine.

depends on where i choose to "dig in" at lol i have prim rib @ my dads relish trays @ my uncels Turkey @ my grands i dont know what @ my bestfriends lol just depends on where i get food lol
