I've GOT to get back on track. I ate Chinese food a couple of days ago and had a couple of rolls I didn't need last night. AND I haven't been to the gym in 3 days. So yeah...gotta get back on track.
I hear ya...I've been in a rut for MONTHS. I don't think I was ever this fat or out of shape. I need a good kick in the arse.
I'm just going to dig out my old photos from about a year and a half ago and remind myself WHY I need to be eating good and going to the gym everyday.
I did that...and ate a slice of pizza.
I don't know what's wrong with me!! I'm even going to Cuba for a week in April and THAT'S not motivation enough.
Ohhhhh, pizza. I've got to save up all my fat kid points for NY pizza. *drools* Dammit...that's not helping!!! LOL
I am in pain I am so full right now, but I'm dying to have another piece of cake, but instead I poured a glass of lemon/cucumber water....it's not as good.:mad

But the couch is so comfy....
and it's gross out and desperately icy, I did go for an hour long walk with the dog earlier though.
