Just bought a rotisserie chicken from the store deli, plus a bit of pasta, tomato and onion salad.
Will debone what's left and make chicken wraps for work dinners over the weekend.

Made beets from the garden and meatloaf surrounded by stovetop stuffing. Was great and made 2 meals out of it.

Do you hire out? Good idea re: the meat loaf -- did you prepare the stuffing on top of the stove and then put it with the baking loaf for a short time in the oven? What temp on the oven?

No. Just mix up the stovetop mix and smush it around the meatloaf. 350 for temp for about an hour and 15 minutes. I like my stuffing to get a little crispy on top.

Tonight it's just leftovers for me. I have some leftover chicken that needs to be finished off tonight. Otherwise it'll go bad.
