Ended up picking up a Stromboli from the local place.

Heh, the Legion's fish isn't better than what I am used to getting from the Knights.
Both are really good.
Legion uses cornmeal batter, the Knights use a tempura.

I wasn't in the mood for what we had at the house, so I cooked up some chicken in taco seasoning and put it over some lettuce, refried beans, guacamole and sour cream.

Chicken breasts with sliced onions, baby carrots, hunked sweet potatos, a splash of Italian dressing, Mrs.Dash and Lagasse's essense put together in oven in roasting pan with lid for an hour. Yummy one pot meal.

I am having my Christmas turkey today with homemade stuffing baked as sides with cranberry sauce. Got a whole extra small casserole of stuffing since I love the stuff.

Going to put a pork roast in the slow cooker to simmer.

I made a chicken pie today with sweet and sour coleslaw.

I had whole grain tacos and refried beans topped w/ sour cream and pico de gallo. It was delicious.

Weve been running around after school/work this week but i think tonight it is time for a little celebration :tooth

i think i may make the homies some chicken breasts and some mexican rice!

3 cheese Krystals w/ just ketchup. Not on my diet, but I had to grab something on the way to see Sir Elton.

That plan was quickly aborted when i made the mistake of asking the girls "what do you guys want for dinner?"

tonight... i shall keep my mouth shut LOL this week's going out to eat streak has been expensive!

I made a burger and spaghetti sauce with whatever the multi color healthy pasta was. I just boiled the crap to use it up and smothered it in sauce. Was quite good.
