I had a caesar salad. Oooh, a spinach and turkey pepperoni pizza sounds good...maybe tonight.

Trying to decide what to make. Might be what slides off the freezer shelf when I am looking. I kind of have a hankering for steak but it will be cold outside grilling them.

Stopped at Bob Evans with a friend.
Had the open-faced roast beef over mashed potatoes and texas toast.

Going to nuke leftover Chinese from last night and whatever else is in the fridge.

Made 2 chicken salad sandwiches and some olives and chips.

Made pan fried tilapia and rice a roni with celery and peppers diced in it.

I had rotisserie chicken, half a baked sweet potato w/ butter spray and cinnamon, and some broccoli w/ cheese sauce.

I have a beef roast in the crockpot. Will add some goodies to it as the afternoon goes on.

Ordered Chinese food. I had steamed vegetables and brown rice with garlic sauce. Yummy!

Dumped a can of zesty tomatoes with chilies in after simmering for a few hours with beef bullion and the roast was terrific. Made some mashed taters and used the broth for the gravy.

I got called in at the last minute, so I had to order out tonight. I had a "son of a baconator" from Wendys w/ the bread removed and some chili.

Not sure about tonight. Have a turkey we had bought for Christmas thawing for the weekend. Will be eating a lot of turkey for the next few days.

Will be going to the American Legion with friends for fish dinners.
Supposedly their fish is better than the Knights Of Columbus.
