Whats for dinner tonight?

My dinner was :
A salad of Mix greens, with carrot, some olives, and baby whole beetroot and a boild egg lol that needed longer to cook

I made a burger steak with sauteed mushrooms and onions, simple salad of greens and cherry tomatoes/poppy seed dressing.
Lime sherbet for afters.

Later grazed the holiday snack table, which is always full of goodies in the break room this time of year.

I pan fried scallops and had them with crackers, cheese and guacamole
