Yum! I had a quesadilla with fresh salsa for lunch that was super tasty.

Sub par Asian. I had a squid "salad" and chicken satay in the park. The salad was more like a soup. I love squid but I could spent 15 dollars on something better.

Not really. It has a much richer flavor compared to domestic pigs. And you gotta shank them at just.the right size

That's the key. And in this case we smoked the bacon ourselves. It's lean and perfect. You ain't lived until you've killed it, butchered it, prepped, cooked and eaten a wild animal.
