I hear ya. Cammie tortures me all the time cuz she has em quite frequently. Brat.

Tho, I do cheat. I use over-easy eggs instead of poached because I've never attempted a poached egg. Yet. I also use packet Hollandaise sauce because I've never made it from scratch. Yet. Cammie can get the jars of it. I've never seen jars in my grocery stores. Brat, again.:cool

Creamed beef on toast or biscuits can be good Or thrown into pasta. Puddled over mashed taters. All sorts of options.:cool

Dinner LAST night was a bouillabaise, with NZ clams, prawns, white wine, chili, garlic, lemon and angel hair pasta.

Dinner tonight is going to be steamed basmatic rice, with salmon marinated in tamari, shredded ginger, chili, lime, and then poured over the rice for the last couple of minutes of cooking, and topped with green onions and coriander.
