I've never tried that. In theory I could just load a bunch of charcoal in the BBQ and put the lid on, that would pretty much bake it.

get some foil, make a tent, poke some holes out with toothpicks and enjoy!!!

Or.... Line a deep baking pan with plastic wrap, pack the loaf into said pan, lift loaf out get out cast iron pan, place loaf in pan and place on grill...

Haha yeah, they first started up in Cleveland Circle, like a block away from my apartment. I went there for the first time on a FREEZING cold day, and I remember that while we were waiting for our food, the guys gave us free tomato soup shooters that were piping hot and delicious. Their "green monster" sandwich is the BOMB, with the guacamole and bacon, yummy.
