I've never tried that. In theory I could just load a bunch of charcoal in the BBQ and put the lid on, that would pretty much bake it.
get some foil, make a tent, poke some holes out with toothpicks and enjoy!!!

last night was salmon/avocado burgers and they were delish, I haven't made them in a while.
We're debating a road trip today or staying close to home....if we stay it'll either be bbq or jambalaya.
