Tonight.... fuck, I forgot to get the chicken out the freezer again. Which means it'll probably be chicken burgers, although if I buy an onion on the way home then maybe spaghetti bolognese

Attempting to whip up some sweet and sour pork in the slow cooker tonight. Bit iffy on the sauce but we'll see how it goes..

Tonight I'm going to make chicken burgers with new potatoes and stir fry vegetables

I had curry followed by mint choc chip ice cream with white choc chips sprinkled on top.

yeah, because you bake the potatoes once, then scoop them out and mix them with everything, then put the stuff back on the skins and bake them a second time for a few mins to crisp the skins and melt the cheese on top. twice baked.
