For me, it's another crock pot meal.

I've come to really enjoy crock pot meals. And they are convenient as well.

Tonight it's a pork and cherry crock pot recipe. I usually don't like pork all that much. But this recipe is the exception for me.

We had chicken cutlets with some whole wheat penne tossed in the leftover fra diavolo sauce from the other night.

Plans changed when a friend texted to see if I wanted to do dinner. My salad sits in my fridge untouched...I had hibachi chicken (no rice, extra veggies), steamed pork gyoza, and house soup.

Now I have 2 meals sitting in the fridge between my salad and my leftovers, LOL
