I must say I'm not a fan of veal... I don't care for the taste. I don't hate it but it's not my favorite.

I think it's the same as lamb - some people love it, others just don't care for the taste of it. I tend to hate veal cutlets, because people don't usually take the time to properly tenderize them and they come out tough. But I love a good veal shank... *drools over thought of ossobuco*....

My friend once told me I must have no heart, because I tend to love some of the cutest meats :giggle Rabbit and lamb might be 2 of my favorite things ever.

OMG you should try it! It's one of the leanest meats, super flavorful... this restaurant I loved in Philadelphia made a rabbit pasta dish that was AMAZING.
