nothing special Darrell...just some salt and pepper and that's pretty much it...

Ah, okay. Most times I've had them they were in some kind of marinade prior to cooking, and after that, they had some reduction on them.

I slow roasted a pork roast all day, made fresh mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, gravy, green beans and rolls. super yummy and better yet left overs tomorrow!
