I had yakiniku steak w/ no rice and extra veggies (zucchini and onions) and a side salad. I actually didn't eat much of the yakiniku, though, and have 2 meals left out of it, LOL
Last night was steak and potatoes, going to have to browse some cooking websites for some inspiration this morning. I was planning on making something in particular but don't have the ingredients, don't you just hate that?
