Chargrilled chicken club sandwich from Chick-fil-a and a small side salad that I'm not going to be able to finish.

A protein/meal replacement shake. I haven't been doing great on having two of these a day for the past week, but now that Christmas is over and I only lost 2 pounds last week, it's back to it.

I did have pan-seared salmon, brown and wild rice, and green beans for lunch, though. That was pretty good.

I cheated and had BBQ pulled pork pizza with caramelized onions down at the tavern. It was 1/2 off night. Got a 12 inch pizza for under 4.50...

Take away or chicken dippers, depending how hungry I am. Babysitting for a couple hours after work so dinner is on them
