He wants fish...I want mexican....so mexican fish it is. I've been searching recipes but can't see anything that appeals to me...so I'm gonna wing it.

White fish of some sort...shrimp....crab....cilantro...lime....onion....garlic....wrap it up maybe in tinfoil and bake it and have rice and avocado with it? hmmmm....that might do...maybe a finely chopped tomato...

Yeah...that's what I normally make, I guess what I'm thinking is pretty much that without the tortilla.

There was roast beef, chicken, veggie lasagna, 8 different salads, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, rolls etc.. and rolls...

I had chicken, salad and a roll.

Husby is smoking a pork shoulder on the grill. Should be utterly delish. I will drink a lot of good German beer with my pork. Yums.
