Chili-lime grilled chicken, sweet potato hash (yes, again), and a side salad. OMG, soooooooooooooo good!!!

Sounds so good.

I don't know what to have tonight. I have left over ham, but I'm sick of eating it.

I'm thinking salmon/avocado burgers on the grill.

I've only tasted avocado topped on burgers but not on salmon. It must be good and I wanna try that soon given I love grilled salmon

Enjoy your dinner.

I love it.

I just throw a chunk of salmon in a food processor for a couple of seconds, not too finely chopped up, add some dill, cilantro, lime, egg, bread crumbs and diced up avocado. Soooooo good.

Now you're making me so hungry for those

Thanks for the recipe.

I should make my three bean soup.
Black, white, red, with tomatoes, tomato sauce and low sodium beef broth and seasonings to taste. Stupid simple.

I'm camping for the weekend, but conveniently the camp ground is also an oyster bar & seafood restaurant...I'll be pigging out on oysters & crab for the night...can't wait!
