We may be going out tonight ;):yuk

I took a top round (bogo!) and cut it up in cubes.
I then seasoned it w/s&p, garlic, onion, season salt & Italian seasoning
Dumped it in the crock pot on low.

Then I took a can of cream of onion & cream of celery and combined those w/a container of beef stock and dumped that on top of the meat.

I figure in a few hours I will add some egg noodles (precooked) in there too. Maybe some peas to gross out the kid
:yukshe HATES peas :yuk

I may add a sauteed red onion in there too.

Kinda like beeftips and noodles.

This slop will either be good or we'll be going out instead. :24:

Hey, nothing ventured, nothing made.

Welp, it was TunaMelts tonight.

Methinks I need to slow cook the above creation over night. I do not like tough meat and it is that way now.

I'll add some more liquid to the pot later and see what it is in the morning. PigSlop perhaps?:24:

Just made some Cornish pasties from scratch for me and my boyfriend for dinner as a surprise!
I am no cook, so very nervous/excited to see how they taste! They look good at least :D
