have some left over chicken, was planning to make sandwiches, but i don't feel like it now so i will make some orzo to go with the chicken later

last night was a home made pizza... neededmore sauce and I overworked the dough... but hey still tasted good.

I have a recipe in my SB thread for homemade sweet potato fries w/ a sriracha sauce. OMG...sooooooooooo good!!!

Chicken, salad, and a baked sweet potato. I have eaten one undercooked and then spent four to five hours baking one and it was still not quite done... I started this puppy at 4. It better be ready when I go to eat it at 1030.
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong either....

Boil it for a little while first...especially if its a whole potato.
I'm going to get a Gourmet pizza from the new Pizza/Pasta place next beach south.
I know the chef...and he makes the best pizzas EVER...used to have the bistro at my local pub.
Great to see him AND his pizzas back again.

Nope, it's just a sprinkling of salt, but you can leave it out if you like.

Dinner was spaghetti bolognese no picture
but i took this that i made and had for a snack later at night
the sauce was wasabi sauce with soy sauce mixed together
for tonight not sure yet too early
