Made A "Caribbean" Pork Chops with Corn Cakes (Fritter like things) with a homemade peach/plum salsa and Spinach salad.

I had rotisserie chicken, peppery zucchini pasta (recipe is listed in my SB thread), and fresh asparagus backed in the oven w/ olive oil and lemon pepper. OMG, that asparagus was off the chain!!! YUMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

I think more weird is the pumpkin next to the tomato sauce and mustard was more weird

but fries goes with mustard i know many people that put mustard

and while was eating was removing the nail polish, and few bites was weird ......some of the nail polish remover fall on the food :24:


anyway for Saturday dinner (because already Sunday now lol) i had chicken , chips, and some cocktail fish
and also i had cinnamon swirl i think the name was something like that .. was nice not too sweet

I had Rotel dip w/ home-made whole wheat tortilla chips. And I've got some homemade Brunswick stew for later. YUMMERS!!!
