Yeah... when I toss it on regular white bread with american and butter... its grilled cheese.

When I slice artesian bread with ham, smoked Gouda, parmasean and romano or other good cheeses and toss it under a broiler I call it Croc Monsieur

I think if one is lactose intolerant I would really find it really tough. besides whoever no likey cheese....
