tofu is awesome my brother is a vegaterian use to be vegan untill his fingernails started to fall out LOL!! (actually happened) when he stopped eating like one they stopped falling out. when ever my brother comes him and I cook stuff together so im use to soy and stuff like that i personally dont like anything from the sea, pig, a lot of other stuff (no im not vegaterian)

the fact that its NOT meat but is supposed to supplement meat is what scurrres me. Ive had "non meat" products besides basic veggies and they just didnt cut it.

I am part Jewish. My Mum and I don't follow, we love pig, good stuff, and we like shell fish, but the rest of my mums family are pretty good, they don't eat anything that they shouldn't..

I had to go to Wikipedia to find out what Chicken Fried Steak is, & according to them, it's not chicken but more like Wiener Schnitzel.

I'm a big fan of Schnitzel, I make my own using Chicken, Veal, or a very thin cut of steak, called Minute Steak down here.

I'm assuming that you made something like - beef in bread crumbs & then lightly fried it.

It is tube steak battered and deep fried like deep fried chicken. Usually served with a white country gravy. I haven't had it in years. Mmmm
