I think BF is making a stir fry with jalapeno chicken sausages, mushrooms, peppers, and whatever other veggies we find in the fridge that sound good.

Grilled cheddar brats first braised in apple juice with onions.
Diced potatoes and peas and carrots.
I have got to say I have a new love for braising brats in apple juice over beer now. Yummmm

Tonight, we dine with the King.

It's about 25 miles to town, we're overdue for some shopping and a hot spa.

Can't be fussed cooking, or dining out, so there's a Whopper on the menu and a bench beside the beach at sunset.

I should take this opportunity to plug Perdue whole chickens. With the pop-up. They are moist every time. I've tried other brands - doing it the same exact way - and they're just not as good. imho.

If you see them, try them. :)

Seconded. We have a Perdue Warehouse here in our county and they give every one of our employees a whole chicken every year around Christmas.

Boneless spare ribs in raspberry vinaigrette, honey and paprika, mashed potatoes, and teriyaki rice with carrots and peas.
