I just get stuff. I never really research or bargain hunt. I have no idea what things cost.
hmm...well i don't think anything he buys is frivolous or useless, but I do however think that he can go over the top when buying something...for example he HAS to have the BEST of everything..so instead of a $250 lawn mower, he will get the $800 one. We don't have a lawn mower btw, just making up an example.
Yeah, its not like I have a ton of money or anything, either. I just don't have the patience to find a deal.

I buy computer components online, not necessarily for the deals, but because the really good stuff isn't available in retail places.
the worst is when it's stuff i totally don't get...I'm like...dude...do you really HAVE to have that bajillion dollar computer part?! you know i really wanted to take some money and buy a new coffee table....
lmao...well I have to admit, he is pretty good otherwise. I can't really say much about computer parts, because it's his hobby and what he likes to splurge on at times. Also, golf stuff...and gaming stuff....lolz.
the gaming stuff doesn't get me as bad, because it's usually $50-100 here and there...not 600-700 at a time like some of the other stuff! and yeah its his hobby too...but sometimes hes way too obsessed...like..dude you just bought a new motherboard less than 6 months ago do you REALLY need another one!?
Having a fast computer os necessary to play well. I build a new computer every 8-10 months or so. You kind of have to.
NOT if you get the BEST of the best every time. you can still have very high FPS on something youve had for a year.
