What am I missing?

This afternoon at work, SupBro's thread about working out was locked, and Tim had posted in it.

Now it was apparently open again and a few non-mods posted in it so Audra locks it again?

How does it keep getting unlocked? Or am I the only member who can't post in locked threads now?

See that makes sense with the few other members, but when you merge them does it unlock them? Cause it was locked at Tims post, and then Audra said she locked it again.
