The federal gov't should keep track of the economy, though they've stretched the definition of "interstate commerce" to the point it's completely unrecognizable.
The Education Dept should only be doing statistical analysis so that states can benchmark off of each other to improve their own systems. No funding, no influence, no mandates.
EEOC should go. It has prolonged rather than healed our racial problems.
European Command should be reduced to a single office or set of satellite offices. Bring the troops home and reduce our de facto empire.
