In Indiana you cannot have a commercial establishment selling COLD beer, and COLD soft drinks inside. You can have cold soft drinks and warm beer, or vice versa... or you can have cold beer sold inside, and cold soft drinks outside in a vending machine.

But on my way out of Lima, OH today... I went to a BP to get an energy drink and as I walked in I saw cold soft drinks and cold beer, not only in the same building, but RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER in the same giant cooler.

Whats your states' law on this? I was fairly shocked to see that, because I'm not used to it here in Indiana.

here you can sell Beer in a convience store, but it can only be 3.2%

To buy 6.% beer, wine or spirits you have to go to a liquor store,

and on sundays 3.2 is all you can buy, unless you go to a bar. Liquor stores are not allowed open on sundays.

Oh that's the other thing about Indiana, NO alcohol sales on Sunday. No beer, wine, hard liquor, etc... nothing. nada. Bars can be open, but no alcohol sales at all.

According to Wikipedia, in Florida, alcohol can't be sold until after 12 P.M. on Sundays and has a default law of no sales between 1 A.M. and 7 A.M. Counties can have their own hours for days other than Sundays.

okay being the little lush that i am and bloody native fucking floridian that i am it goes kinda like this:

it goes county by county, most of them stop selling packages at 12 am, some 2 am, and they can't start again till either 8 am or 10 am in the morning. clubs selling alcohol are open either till 2 or 3 am. there is, however, the very random, very beautiful 24 liquor store

god i'm high.
