Progress is often gradual and not always visible day to day. People may focus more on setbacks than improvements, which can affect motivation.
How do you track your progress over time? What signs show you are moving forward, even slowly?

Progress in recovery can be hard to notice because it’s often slow, uneven, and not always visible day to day.
People tend to expect clear milestones, but recovery usually comes in small shifts, better coping in some moments, fewer bad days over time, or quicker recovery after setbacks. Those changes are easy to overlook.
