those high pitched squeaky farts. lol. ok not really. but im nervous if im in public and have gas...so either they are totally silent or come out like that.

i tick, its quite subtle and barely noticeable until i get nervous or cold, at which point is usually my head that can make random lunges to the right
and more often than not it makes things worse

I tear at the flesh where hangnails come from and chew my cheeks and lips. I cant stop. Its complusive. I will do it until I bleed.
