What is your impression of 2025, the year of snake? LOL

Do you think that this year will be a better year compared to the year of the dragon? . A snake symbolizes treachery and it has just started already when the Hamas terrorists did not release the hostages as per agreement with Israel upon approved proposal of President Trump . A recent report said that instead of releasing the next batch of hostages, the terrorists killed them. I hope that there will be peace throughout the world . I don't know if there is connection of our lives in this year of snake considering that we the ones creating our destiny.

I don't think it will be. We are pissing off a lot of other countries right now and there's going to be repercussions for that. I hope that those that have put so much hope and trust in President Trump are right.

Correct, snakes don't harm humans unless disturb and attack them in their resting place. Some people also pet snakes.

Wow, they are harmless. They just stay, and they migrate twice a year. Was there an instance when someone struck a snake or killed it?

I live in Alabama. We have several varieties of poisonous snakes. Some of them are aggressive at times. I will give them a wide berth generally. I have had to kill some on occasions because they were not dissuaded otherwise.

That sounds scary. Why are there many snakes there? Maybe they like a cool place. There is no snake here in my place even in the other places. it might be because of our climate here is sweltering.

We have a lot of streams, lakes & rivers. Our climate is mild as far as cold temps go but hot as hades in Summer.

I was referring to the entire state. I live in a rural area. I have removed snakes from my pool slimmer many times. I see snakes often when I hunt or fish if the temps are above 70. I do not have to drive more than a few minute to fish or hunt, Seeing snakes crossing paved roads or sunning themselves on the roads that are not busy is common.

Okay, I understand. I always hear about snakes in cool places. Perhaps these animals cannot survive in a hot climate.
