It really doesn't matter if you've never seen one, you will have DEFINITELY heard a song from a musical.....

Mine is "Les Miserables"

I haven't seen it, but have heard all the songs and they are SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i saw phantom of the opera, and really liked that as well.........
 
I watched the phantom of the opera the movie. And I listen to the soundtrack basically everyday of my life. I'm going to get to actually see it this June in manhattan with my mom. She got me tickets for my birthday...I'm so excited!
 
We're actually going to be playing music from Le Mis in our marching band show next year. I'm quite excited: I'm an admirer of the music, although I've never actually seen it.

But my favorite musical has to be either Sweet Charity or How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. I was actually in the orchestra for my school's production of How to Succeed, and I had a great time in the pit. A lot of jazz licks, really fun to play.
The music of Sweet Charity is really good too. It was written around the same time as How to Succeed, so it has the same style and such.
 
awesome!!! i've got the actual dvd, i've never seen the stage production....

Oh, by the way.... i auditioned for the musical of Peter Pan at the Brisbane Arts Theatre last Sunday, and i got John, the older Darling brother. Rehearsals start on Tuesday and i'm so excited!!!!

same here, i'm OBSESSED with the Les Mis music... I know all the characters and all the songs and i so desperately want to see it...

I'm excited for you! Omg it would be so much fun to play the music... I could sing for you lol (i can actually sing)

My friend's sister's school is performing Les Miserables for their school musical this year... They're a private school, All Saints or something.... I'll probably go and see that.. better than nothing, i guess, but my mom saw it in london and said it was AWESOME

Omg i wanna c it more every day lol
