fresh broccoli, half a sliced up cucumber, carrots and mushrooms with ranch dip, triscuits and a little light string cheese. with herbal tea.

I always have a cup of tea/coffee and toast covered in butter and marmite.

Sometimes I might have toast with penut butter on or jam or penut butter and jam.
