Running. Running sounds good. You're surrounded by nature, there are people relaxing, there's fresh air, and you run and do something healthy for a change. It's relaxing.
- Have a picnic with your friends
- Spend time with your family
- Play games (frisbee, soccer, etc.)
- Take a dog for a walk and a game
- Go on a date
- Relax
I like to go to parks that have nature/hiking trails super early in the morning when nobody else is there and walk the trails. It's quiet and peaceful and with nobody else around makes you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere (which I like).
Our park has a walking trail, so I will put my kids in their stroller and go for a walk. I also like to let my 2 year old play on the equipment, but I have to keep a close eye on him. Sometimes I just like to go by myself and enjoy nature. I will take a notebook with me and write my thoughts.
I like to start off by taking my boxers to the dog park and watch them play. Then we head to the kids park and watch my son play. Then we go to the pond and feed the ducks.
Usually I go to my local park for exercising with my friends, we run around and do some push ups and all that, but I also like to relax there, I put my headphones on and walk a little, close to the water, feels great since I do love music haha
Depends on which park, sometimes i go jogging in my nearest park, other times i like to feed the squirrels. Walking around and people watching is probably what most people do. If i had a dog i would walk it there, saw a dog drink from a water fountain in central park!
