There would be no real difference other than the healthcare bill that has nothing whatever to do with healthcare. McCain would have thrown the money basically the same way Obama has. Obama hasn't changed the Iraq/Afghanistan policy and neither would McCain. McCain probably wouldn't have nationalized the failing industries, but he would have spent us into oblivion all the same.

Oh ... we'd have invaded Greece to help them out.

I'm not a republican but I think the republicans probably would have done a better job with the healthcare bill than the democrats did. But it's the republicans own dam fault. They had their chance.
