Sometimes I catch myself going through days on autopilot. I’m trying to find simple ways to reconnect with myself. What helps you check in mentally and emotionally when life gets noisy?

Quiet moments help me the most. Stepping away from noise, taking a walk, journaling, or spending time without screens gives me room to hear my own thoughts again. Checking in with how I actually feel instead of how I should feel makes it easier to realign.

I try to engage in activities that I enjoy. I also take a moment to do some soul searching. I just lie on the bed, close my eyes and try to listen to the thoughts, emotions and sensation inside me.
