I can't find any forum like this place. I've tried but they're all rude and sarcastic nerd wankers. I love me a bit of a geek, but when they're rude, that's a no no.

am thinking that every forum has its run of high and low tides....and we are in a seriously low ebb here and any conversation is better than none

For some, forums have become less engaging than before. Not that there's anything wrong with OTz, really, just a few folks will take a sort of sabbatical from posting. Many of us will lurk around and will post if a thread strikes our fancy. I've belonged to several sites that went from rollicking to deadsville, through no fault of their own.
If you watch your favorite eating joints, the coffee klatches go through a metamorphing in much the same way. It's just people, that's all.

i guess it is all trends, really it's what I'm learning about in my marketing course.

Generally, for a "social forum" that has a little bit of everything, this is one of the better forums I've been to.

Just have the right mix of holier than thou right wingers and left wing wannabe communists to equal everything out here lol
