I focus on active listening, staying calm, and understanding different perspectives. I aim to communicate clearly and respectfully, offering constructive feedback when necessary. If things get heated, I try to redirect the conversation toward a solution or common ground, maintaining a positive and open dialogue.

I try to defend my point, but if it goes out of hand, I just walk away.
