I call it by it's name to be quite honest..
If I want a sprite it's a sprite or coke..
Across Canada I have never heard it refereed to as much else than Pop..
We get the few odd people who call it soda but generally its known as Pop..

exactly. Around here it's... "Oh, what kind of coke do you have?"
But, I suppose that's what happens when you live in Coke Capital.
Everything is a "coke" no matter what. The first time I visited my friend in Boston this conversation occurred at lunch:
Waitress: What would you like to drink?
Me: I'll have a coke.
Waitress: Is Pepsi okay?
Me: Yes, actually, I prefer Pepsi.
Amy: Oh, is that that thing where everything is a "coke" to you?
Waitress: What would you like to drink?
Me: I'll have a coke.
Waitress: Is Pepsi okay?
Me: Yes, actually, I prefer Pepsi.
Amy: Oh, is that that thing where everything is a "coke" to you?
I don't. :yuk But if I did, I would ask for a sprite.
Yep. I guess technically I lied earlier. :24: Yeah, coke only refers to regular cola for me.
