What Are Your Weakness?

If I had to list my weakness, persuasion and influence would be at the top. I cannot persuade people, I cannot influence people. That’s why I don’t have the ability to shape opinions and perceptions on people. This is one reason I have not been able to build a decent following on social media.

What are your weaknesses?

@Nomad . I feel the same about myself. I never felt that I have a need to influence people or persuade them,. So, I have never tried that. But knowing myself well, I am sure that I would have not been much successful if I ever tried.
In recent times my greatest weakness has been struggling to stick to my routine and be more productive. I am unable to break the inertia that has set in in the last few months. There is a lot to do and I am planning to do. But then it is not happening on ground. No excuses there. I have to somewhere push myself out of this routine that has come in the last few months.

One of my biggest weaknesses is my attraction to the opposite gender. I always get carried away by the sight of an extreme pretty lady. I am battling to overcome that weakness so I can maintain a wife when I eventually marry.

One of my weaknesses is sometimes overthinking decisions. I tend to analyze things in depth, which can slow me down. I’m working on balancing careful thinking with taking timely action to avoid getting stuck in the details.

Honestly, my weakness is that I’m lazy and I procrastinate. I tend to put things off until the last minute, even when I know I shouldn’t.

One weakness that I am facing in recent times is my time management. I have few obligations both online and offline. I have not added any extra responsibilities lately. But I see that my productivity has come down and I am lacking somewhere in my time management and planning. I have started cutting down on activities, prioritizing them on my list. It's helping a bit.

One weakness that I have is that I am too organized. It makes me to always get burnt out because I leave very little margins for disappointments. As a result of that, I tend to overwork most of the times. That has made it very difficult have people in my circle.

One of my weaknesses is overanalyzing situations, which sometimes slows decision-making, and occasionally I struggle to simplify complex explanations quickly.

I am an introvert and can't even express what I want to say to others and that's one of the reasons I am not liked by my boss. I work hard but cannot please my boss as I don't have a habit of telling my good points to him , myself.
