What are your memorable teen moments?

The things I remember the most are:

- my first kiss at 13.
- owning a lot of cross shaped necklaces.
- thinking leather jackets were sooo hot :p
- getting really into LOTR.
- trying a cigarette for the first time.
- passing my GCSE's.
- everyone thinking I was a witch because I always wore black skirts to school. Actually, this was because my mum didn't like the lack of a uniform at my school and insisted I still have 'school clothes' until I was 15.


What are your clearest memories of being a teenager? :D unless you still are one, that is...
 
realization that just because I went to a Catholic High School did not mean I was to become a priest
my father and I were one in the same, just 37 years apart
work, would be my downfall
you are never too young to experience the death of a classmate
drugs are a little too easily available
family members can seem distant , even if they are in the same room as you
Divorce can happen and you may not be ready for it
Look closer before it disappears
Take that chance
Europe at 17 was indeed a great time

finally, a boyfriend with a car
my first job, finally, my own money
incredibly tight jeans
introduction to high heels
more closet space needed please
moving out of my sisters room and getting my own space
my first drink....ohhhhhhhh I've got stories...lol
I gave my earings to a sailor...hehe

- My first car which was a Saturn and was black. I actually still have that car till this day.
- My first dance which was at school of course. I believe it was Homecoming.
- My first trophy which was in football. Finally beat Newburgh after it seemed impossible that we ever would.
- My first true love. She was, indeed, the greatest thing that had happened to me senior year.

sneaking out of the house at night
hanging out with guy friends more than girls
having a boyfriend and not letting my parents know about it ( they're strict)
late night escapades
cutting class and going on a drinking spree with a friend having BF problems ( i don't drink anymore)
before i learned to drink, would just hang out with my male cousins and while they're drinking, I'll eat all their appetizers/finger foods
enjoyed late night singing with guitar playing by a bon fire
disco hopping

nothing personal fred, but disco sucks and nobody wore silk shirts with a leisure suit -- strictly polyester, man. my favorite was a sky blue thing i wore with ridiculous blue and tan platform saddle shoes.

mounging with my high school honey all night with her parents in the next room. if we were too quiet they'd peek in on us.

losing my cherry to a girl who swore she was a virgin but somehow managed to give me a dose of the clap, too. then the pharmacist had to announce to the whole store what my prescription was for.

my most memorable moment was when i found myself in the middle of a riot the night sly stone decided he was too stoned to play the free concert 100,000 people had shown up for in chicago's grant park.

discovering my love of 30-hour Greyhound bus trips
Getting a $330 montrosity of a dress for Grad/Prom
Abandoning the public school system
