I cried like a baby watching Pay It Forward.

Oh god, me too. And AI. A bit in Secondhand Lions, too. That kid makes me emotional.

The Nightmare Before Christmas and Ink would have to be the top of my pile. Closely followed by Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou.

I like a lot of different things, in no order of preference, Sixth Sense, Pulp fiction, Aliens, Terminator II, Fargo, Tuscany, Wizard of Oz, Gone with the Wind, Pay it Forward, Born Free, I like suspense shows but not gore shows, hell I even like some Westerns, I'm hard to please on Comedies, they usally have to have a rather dark light.

To make it easier for me I just went to Criticker and copied the movies I rated 100. Ratings are wonky and these probably aren't even all my favourite (but some definitely are). Gives you an example of where I'm comin' from though, since I know everyone is so insanely eager that they peed themselves:

2001: A Space Odyssey (1968)
The Dark Knight (2008)
The Decalogue (1989)
Even Dwarfs Started Small (1970)
Fight Club (1999)
Gummo (1997)
In a Year of 13 Moons (1978)
Last Life in the Universe (2003)
Mister Lonely (2007)
Parasite Eve (1997)
Persona (1966)
Pixote: A Lei do Mais Fraco (1981)
Rocky Balboa (2006)
Stalker (1979)
There Will Be Blood (2007)
Three Colors: Blue (1993)
El Topo (1970)
Trash Humpers (2009)
Tropical Malady (2004)
Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives (2010)
Werckmeister Harmonies (2000)

The Red Shoes (1948), favorite movie of all time. I cry every time and I've seen it no less than 25 times.
I Love You Man, Role Models, Superbad, Beerfest, etc...I love these movies for a stupid laugh.
Inglorious Basterds (2009)...this movie could have been 7 hours long for all I cared. Perfection.
Black Swan, ok I like ballet
Inception, District 9, sentimental reasons hehe
The Hills Have Eyes remake was good; I cried my face off in horror lol.

I should add my love for Spanish-speaking films too. I'm in a rush to learn Spanish ;)

Volver
Voy a Explotar
Y Tu Mama Tambien
Rudo y Cursi
Maria Full of Grace
