Today I'm snowbound. But I will be watching at least part of the Daytona 500 on this day.
Laying around after 2 days of this stomach bug. Managed to eat breakfast and will watch the race also. Forgot to take my nightly meds last night.
Had a very busy day.
Helped my best friend wallpaper a bedroom, then went with her to buy horse feed since her husband is away on his trucking job.
Hung out with her most of the day, then went to dinner.
Came home and crashed.

Had a 2 hour long staff meeting earlier...came home and napped and now I'm just relaxing around the house. It's rainy and cold outside, so if I go out it's only going to be to go to the gym.

just started the beginning of my 48 hour shift.....hoping it goes by smoothly! went to the rodeo last night and saw toby keith, so did not get enough sleep LOL

My visit to the cancer doc was kind of a let down. Seems my cell counts are not improving and actually worsened a bit again. Not a hell of a lot they can do if the pills don't do much. He dropped me back to 30 days for blood work and see him in 90 days. He did not concur the spleen problem the lady cancer doc felt needed watching when I went to Rochester. Got another 90 of these pills on the way home. They always ask how I am doing since taking them. After the first week it is just one more in the morning fist full!:tooth
Had an early morning appointment with the bone cruncher, then back home for a while, then back out for a vet appointment for the wiener goddess.

Today I attended a baby shower for an expectant mother of TWINS!!! And the best part??? Her husband was too shy to ask her for her phone number when they met, so I got it for him. :tooth Yep, I'm taking credit for the twins!!! LOL
back at work on the wham-bu-lance for 48! bright side to my week is i get to see tim mcgraw on friday!!!!!!
