The word itself is not disgusting, its how its implied and used..the original definition is in no way shape or form harmful or derogatory....so be offended by the people or persons who have changed the word,not the word itself:tooth

It's no better than the n-word in my book. You guys KNOW I'm not easily offended...but that is one word that highly offends me and I cannot STAND to hear it spoken or see it written.

Tash's,...its a word that's all,.words only hurt if you let them, and again the word itself was changed to mean something derogatory,..similarly to how the "n" word is now used in a positive manner amongst blacks as well as others but originally it to was not a derogatory word ...its people who make it that way
