What are you thinking? Part 2

I am thinking about what I should have for breakfast. All I have is cereal and I don't like eating cereal for breakfast. It isn't filling in the slightest and it takes me like 15 minutes to eat. I enjoy cereal for a light dinner before bed, but I cannot indulge in it for breakfast. Will probably make some scrambled eggs.
 
I need to go to the shop but since I feel crap, after my shower I put on my oldest comfort clothes. I don't know I have the energy to dress again
